Volume I introduces a foundational collection of decorative needlepoint stitches, thoughtfully organized into a portable reference system.  Each 4" x 6" reference card features a clear stitch diagram alongside a space for your stitched sample, with detailed notes on stitch structure, ideal uses, and thread suggestions on the reverse.  

Designed to help you build confidence, this set allows you to study, compare, and revisit stitches with ease - whether you are planning a canvas or learning a new technique.  The included hand-painted sampler canvas features nine 1.5" practice squares, providing enough stitching space to see how each stitch develops, understand its texture and coverage, and see how it truly looks on canvas before incorporating it into future projects.

Use the included binder ring to create a portable stitch library that can travel from project to project, or store your completed cards in a standard 4" x 6" photo album to build a lasting stitch reference collection.

For added convenience, individual cards can be attached to your canvas with a needle minder, keeping stitch diagrams and notes within easy view while you work.
